CompuSat Services Incorporated (CSI) offers a collection of managed services for Microsoft's server technologies.  CSI's managed services provide operations and maintenance of computer hardware and software from the power cord to the presentation layer of the application offered. Managed services are provided at the contractor's site on the contractor's equipment or at the customer's site on the customer's equipment or a combination of these.  In almost every client-server application architecture, the O&M components can be separated from the custom development and user support, managed services provide this separation.
 
CSI's Managed Services​ What is Managed Services?​

​CSI provides managed services based on the technology maintained and the number of users.  CSI's rates are based on the customer owned equipment and software.  Systems can be deployed at CSI's data center or at a data center of the customer's choice.

CSI's managed services provide hardware and server software installation, configuration, security updates, services packs, data backups, performance tuning and monitoring.  Our model is designed to provide "turn-key" deployments in less than 30 days.

Managed services is the practice of transferring day-to-day management responsibility as a strategic method for improved effective and efficient operations.

4. CSI will respond with a service level agreement.  The SLA will contain the terms of the contract.
