Company Background

About our company: CompuSat Services Incorporated (CSI) is a Vietnam veteran owned small business, founded in 1987 as a software development company. The company incorporated in 1992 and established a computer retail store providing sales and support of custom personal computers using the model that Dell Computers uses today. From 1996 to 2001, the company provided custom software development and support services. The telecomm/IT industry crashed in 2001. CSI shut down operations from 2001 to 2004 in order to avoid the crash. In 2004, CSI reemerged as a subcontracting company for other government contractors. From 2004 to 2007, the company completed two high profile web portal applications. One for DISA and one for Homeland Security. During the past three years, the company has been building a foundation as a highly talented, successful subcontractor for government web portal collaboration projects. We have established subcontracting agreements with a couple of large companies and negotiating agreements with several other companies.

Specific Capabilities:

Capability Area 1: NAICS 541512 Computer Systems Design Services - Infrastructure. CSI provides design, deployment, customization and maintenance of computer infrastructures that support collaboration services. Scope includes servers, network appliances, operating system software, applications software, and integration of required services.

Capability Area 2: NAICS 541519 Other Computer Related Services - Collaboration Services. CSI provides design, deployment, customization, and maintenance of web based secure collaboration services. Services include web portals, e-mail messaging, instant messaging, databases, and integration of COTS and third party applications.

Capability Area 3: NAICS 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services - Custom Software Engineering. CSI provides design, deployment, customization, and maintenance of custom software engineering that support web based collaboration services.

Capability Area 4: NAICS 541513 Computer Facilities Management Services - Operations and Maintenance. CSI provides ongoing operations and maintenance of deployed collaboration systems. Services include data backup and recovery, disaster planning, software updates, security monitoring, performance monitoring, user support.
