            CSI’s managed services include operations and maintenance of server and software at the tier 4 and tier 3 levels.  CSI specializes in Microsoft Server platforms and provides these as managed service up to the presentation layer.     CSI performs their managed services from their data center or the customer’s data center.     CSI can either provide the hardware and software or perform the services on the customer’s assets.  CSI’s managed services are provided as a Firm Fixed price contract with a service level agreement.
 
            CSI’s Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings include provisioning of Microsoft technologies as an “on-demand” service.  CSI’s data center hosts the services and provides services on a monthly lease basis.
 
            CSI’s professional services include tier 2 and tier 1 support for Microsoft technologies.  Professional services include: data migration, application integration, custom software development, user training, and user support.  CSI’s professional services are delivers as time and materials contracts.
